Sterling Heights & Macomb County, MI
Smart plugs, cameras, and thermostats that don't know each other yet. We build a real Zigbee mesh network and a proper automation platform underneath your home — installed, wired, and tuned by the same person who runs the system, not a call center.
The Difference
Most Zigbee devices talk directly to a local hub in your house — not a company's servers. If your internet drops, your lights, locks, and thermostat keep responding.
You own the hardware and the automations that run it. Optional monitoring is available if you want it — it's never required for your own devices to function.
Home Assistant speaks Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and most major ecosystems at once, so your cameras, thermostat, and door sensors all show up in one dashboard instead of five different apps.
The Person Behind It
Before this was a business, it was a weekend project down the street from where I do installs today.
I got tired of juggling five different apps for five different devices, so I built one Zigbee mesh and one Home Assistant dashboard that actually talks to everything in my own home — lighting, locks, thermostat, cameras, all of it. I've been living with that system every day since, not just installing it for other people.
That's still how I test things. New devices, new automations, new dashboard layouts go into my own house first. If a routine doesn't hold up on an ordinary Tuesday morning when the coffee maker, the garage door, and the thermostat are all trying to do their own thing, it doesn't go on a customer's install. You're not the beta test — I am.
So when I walk into your home, I'm not describing a system I've only seen on a spec sheet. I can tell you which sensors are worth the money, which routines actually get used after the novelty wears off, and why I'd still rather own the hardware than rent access to it.
